❗ Damaged / Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at services@garbagebgone.info with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Once approved, we will send a free replacement.

- Items without proof of issue
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Refunds
